1. Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on the jay7 platform and use any gaming services, you must be at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable condition. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above.
1.2 Account Registration Requirements
When creating an account, you confirm that:

- You are creating the account for yourself and in your own name.

- You will use a payment method registered in your own name.
1.3 Identity Verification

2. Deposits and Withdrawal Policy
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jay7 supports the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. Accepted methods are:

Using a third-party account or a payment method registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method and account level.
2.3 Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka)
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
3. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus applies only once and is activated with the first deposit only.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Attempting to withdraw the bonus amount before the wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
3.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period and terms, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in all such accounts being closed.
- jay7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- A member may not claim a specific bonus more than once.

jay7's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
4.2 VIP Tier Progression
Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. jay7 evaluates the criteria for VIP tier placement periodically, and members are notified of any changes to their tier.
5. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

jay7 may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
